Meet Our Mental/Behavioral Health Provider/Owner

Tia Braxton, PMHNP-BC

"I am proud to serve our community's mental health population. I have worked under some of Louisville's best psychiatrists, medical directors, university psychiatry professors, psychiatric mental health nurse practitioners, and directors of mental health facilities. My nursing mental health experience consists of Intellectually disabled, emergency psychiatric care, substance abuse recovery, adolescent acute and residential care, and private practice. We are a growing practice and will look for other specialties to join shortly for better collaboration in patient care. Our community is unique, and there is nothing compared to the mental health population. I am where I am supposed to be."
